Yıllardır yurtdışından temin edilen gemi savar füze sistemini Türkiye artık kendisi üretecek.
Atmaca füze sistemi tüm testlerden başarıyla geçti. Bundan sonra Milli gemiler, düşmanı milli gemi savar füze ATMACA ile vuracak. Atmaca istenildiği takdirde araç ardına entegre edilip kıyı savunma füzesi görevi de yapabilecek.
Atmaca ilk olarak İstanbul firkateynine entegre edilecek.
